Step-by-step Instructions

Step 1: Access Your Merchant Dashboard

Go to your Supertab merchant dashboard: https://business.supertab.co Log in with your merchant credentials. From the left-hand menu, select Sites.

Step 2: Add a New Site

On the Sites page, click Add New Site. This opens a form where you can add details for your website.

Step 3: Enter Your Site Details

Fill in the required fields:

  • Site Name – A recognizable name for your website. This will appear to customers when they make purchases and in their purchase history.
  • Site URL – The full web address for your site.
  • Site Logo (optional) – Upload your logo in PNG or SVG format (max size 512x512px).

When finished, click Save.

As soon as you create a Site, we will automatically create the first three time passes and a Basic Paygate. This should help you get started quickly and make it easier to understand how Supertab works. They will not show up on your website until you install the Paygate installation script. You can edit and remove all automatically generated items.

Step 4: Review Your Site

Once saved, your new site will appear in the Sites list, showing:

  • Logo
  • Site Name
  • Site URL
  • Date Created
  • Number of Offerings and Experiences linked

What’s next (recommended)

  1. Create and edit Offerings

Define what types of access to sell and for how much.

  2. Create a Paygate

Build a simple paygate and place it on a draft page of your site. Use test cards to run end‑to‑end flows.

  3. Complete business verification (KYC)

When you’re ready to accept real payments, complete the verification steps in the dashboard.
