Step-by-step Instructions
Before You Start
Make sure you have a Site already set up in your Supertab account.
Step 1: Navigate to Offerings
Go to your merchant account: https://business.supertab.co.
If you have multiple Sites, make sure that you work on the right Site by checking the left-hand side menu. You can switch to a different Site by clicking on the Site Name and selecting a different one from a dopdown menu.
Click Offerings in the left-hand menu.
Step 2: Add a New Offering
On the Offerings page, click Add New Offering.
Under Offering Type, choose from:
- Time Pass - Access for a set duration.
- Subscription — Recurring access.
- Single Item — One-time purchase.
Available options will change depending on the Offering Type you select:
- For Time Passes and Subscriptions, you will be able to select the access duration.
- For Single Item, you will have to provide Offering Description which will make it easier for you to find relevant Offerings later.
Enter your Price in USD. You will be able to edit prices for other currencies later.
Click Save. Your offering will now appear in the Offerings list.
Step 3: Edit an Existing Offering
Find the offering you want to update and click the Edit (pencil) icon.
To change the Access Period, adjust the number and unit (days/weeks/months/years). Click Save.
To update Pricing: Scroll to the currency list. Edit the price for any currency by typing a new value. Click Save.
Supertab currently does not support daily exchange rates. We will suggest prices based on long-term average converstion rates to USD, but prices will not be updated in case of currency exchange rate fluctuations.
Step 4: Review Your Changes
The updated offering will appear in your Offerings list with the new access period and/or pricing. A confirmation message will appear: “Offering updated”.
What’s next (recommended)

Complete business verification (KYC)
When you’re ready to accept real payments, complete the verification steps in the dashboard.
