My payment is not processing, what can I do?

Supertab can accept payment from all major credit cards and debit cards on the Visa and Mastercard global system. In some regions we are also able to accept Google Pay and Apple Pay. If GPay or Apple Pay are supported in your region they will appear automatically on the payment screen. If they do not appear, unfortunately they are not supported by our payment processor in your region at this time.

If you find that your debit transaction encounters an error, please check that your debit account has sufficient funds available to cover the charge amount. If you have recently increased your debit balance at your bank it may take some time for it to be available for payments on our system. Please wait an hour or two before trying again.

If you do not have one of these payment methods unfortunately we will be unable to process your payment through our system at this time.
