Supported Currencies

Supertab will always prompt users to pay in their local currency where possible. This allows you to keep any FX fees and charges incurred by your users to a minimum.

If a user is from a country other than the following, they will be charged in USD:

  • Australia (AUD)
  • Canada (CAD)
  • Switzerland (CHF)
  • Europe (EUR)
  • United Kingdom (GBP)
  • India (INR)
  • Japan (JPY)
  • New Zealand (NZD)
  • Singapore (SGD)

Exchange Rates

Supertab does not update your offering prices based on real time currency fluctuations. What prices you charge in which currency are always under your control.

Updating Your Offering Price

If you would like to update your prices in one of the supported currencies you can do so by:

  1. Logging to the Business Portal
  2. Ensure you have the correct site selected.
  3. Click on "Offerings"
  4. Click on the "penicl icon" for the offering you want to adjust

  1. Click on the price next to the currency you want to change and enter your new value.

  1. Click the "Save" button.

Missing Currency?
