Error: AUTH_PROXY_REQUESTED_ORIGIN_NOT_ALLOWED

If you receive AUTH_PROXY_REQUESTED_ORIGIN_NOT_ALLOWED when trying to sign in to Supertab, please double check that the domain your Supertab code is hosted on matches the domain as listed in your Sites configuration in the Business Portal.

Checking Your Site Configuration

  1. Log into the Business Portal
  2. Click on your current organization, then "Sites"

  1. Confirm that the domain name for your site (including the https:// portion) matches the domain where the Supertab code is hosted. If required, edit the site by clicking on the pencil icon.

Note: There is no requirement to add both "www." and the root domain to your site configuration. However, any ports (such as ":8080") must be included.
