How To Complete KYC

Stripe (our payments partner) is required by its regulators to collect certain information from you in order to prevent abuse of the financial system, and this requirement varies from country to country.

When you create your Supertab account, Stripe will prompt you to provide the required details for that country.

Note: You do not need to complete the KYC process to accept payments from your users. However you will need to complete this process to be paid out.

If you did not complete the identify verification process when you signed up. You will see a notice similar to the following when you log into the Business Portal.

Click on the "Complete Verification" button to continue.

  1. You will be asked to create a stripe account. Enter in your email address and phone number.
  2. Select the appropriate business type.

The next screen will depend on which business type you selected:

  1. Fill out the appropriate fields, and click on "Continue"

You will now be asked for your banking details. This is where your payments are to be deposited. Note: Stripe assumes that the bank is in the same country as the regsitered telephone number you provided in step 1. If this is not the case, please contact support@supertab.co.

  1. Enter in your bank details, ensure that they are correct and accurate.

That's it! Stripe may, from time to time, ask you for additional information (for tax and legal reasons) if your transaction volume reaches certain thresholds. For more information on what type of information is required in your country, please visit Stripe.
